<br>Section 1: Hiring a Caregiver<br>
<br>Select which type of caregiver you are hiring:<br>
<br>- Home Child Care Provider - NOC 44100 (NOC 2021) or NOC 4411 (NOC 2016) (excluding foster parents)
- Home Support Worker - NOC 44101 (NOC 2021) or NOC 4412 (NOC 2016) (excluding housekeeping work)<br>
<br>On November 16, 2022, we switched to the 2021 version of the National Occupational Classification (NOC).<br>
<br>If you submitted an before November 16, 2022, [pattern-wiki.win](https://pattern-wiki.win/wiki/User:FinleyFlinchum2) your [job](http://jobs.salaseloffshore.com) offer or qualifying work experience will still be assessed as per the NOC 2016 requirements.<br>

<br>If the third party recruiter or recruitment agency, or their authorized representative(s) charge the employee for any recruitment fee, the employer must reimburse the employee in full.<br>

<br>If the employee wants to terminate the present contract, the employee agrees to give the employer a written notice in advance. Indicate the number of weeks you have agreed on.<br>
